Butterfly Valves / Compensators / Screw-in Check Valves

Butterfly Valves

1 -- Tank Wall
2 -- Flange
3 -- Butterfly Valve
4 -- Compensator

The butterfly valve is a component designed to save time for the technician working on the hydraulic system.  The valve can either be installed into the pump suction line or mounted directly on to the hydraulic reservoir.  By closing the valve the technician does not have to drain the reservoir when working on the hydraulic system.  Also, the thin profile and SAE flange makes it easy to design into the hydraulic circuit. The valve can be actuated with or without the shift handle and locked in to place with the automatic locking bolt.

Options available:  Reservoir Flange;  Limit Switch and Threaded Adapter Bushing Inserts.

Compensators

Acceptable Movement

The HydroWer Rubber Compensator is a product that qualifies as one of the best kept secrets of power unit accessories.  The Compensators are flexible connectors with SAE or DIN flanges that correct pipe alignment problems.  They also provide a benefit with damping of vibrations, noises and movements in axial and transverse direction.

The HydroWer Compensator is constructed of an inner liner of a reinforced high strength rubber (Nitrilcaoutchouc Perbunan).  The outer and inside layers are smooth and have an aerodynamic design that eliminates cavitation.  Both ends have vulcanized sealing surface, eliminating the need of additional seals.

Screw-in Check Valves

The compact design of the HydroWer cartridge check valve allows the valve to be used in a wide variety of applications.  The spring-operated poppet has been machined down to half it's size (patent pending).  The overall space savings makes it ideal for applications such as sub-plate, manifold assemblies, pump inlet/outlet, and cylinder blocks.  The valve allows flow in only one direction and prevents backflow.  The poppet design ensures a positive seal seat for zero leakage at low and high pressures.  The valve parts are made of high strength hardened steel.
