Without doubt the cylinder is the heart of every Ratio-Drive® system solution. Every user can call on its application as a single cylinder or as several cylinders within a self-contained circuit. In order to be capable of presenting an individual solution in the form of a system, the cylinder requires reliable ”system partners”, as only the practical combination of cylinder, components and mechatronic services can provide an individual and simultaneously effective solution. This includes the mechatronics (every Hänchen cylinder with integrated linear positioning system is a part of a Ratio-Drive® system solution), electronics, the corresponding valves (for hydraulic) or frequency inverter (for electromechanical), the control unit and power supply.
