Multiple passage rotary unions are available in 1-44 passage models. Modified or custom configurations are also available. The rotary unions incorporate a patented seal design that is suitable for vacuum & bi-directional pressures up to 7500 psi. All passages are individually sealed to allow use with dissimilar medias. The rotary unions can also be ordered as a combination rotary union/electrical slip ring assembly.

  Applications For Custom Unions

	(44) Passage  Rotary Distributor for a 4-station automated production machine, the union is fitted vertically into a revolving table to control four independently operated clamping devices.  Medium: Pressure:  Hydraulic oil 4,350 psi
	(24) Passage  The rotary distributors for an injection molding machine to produce multi color molded plastic parts. The mold is designed to accommodate multiple colors of material during one manufacturing process. To achieve this in one operation process, one half of the tool has to be cycled at 120° / 180° or 360°. That means a second material is sprayed onto the first or a third onto second with each cycle. Although the tool cycles forward or backward or turns over 360°, the mold nests have to be supplied continuously with cooling water. Pneumatically and/or hydraulically operated movements and processes have to be carried out on the tool. In order to supply such energies to the turning tool rotary distributors are an imperative need.  Medium: Pressure: Water  215 psi  Hydraulic oil  2,175 psi

	(14) Passage Multi-channel rotary distributor for a Steel manufacturing company. The union is integrated in the pivot of a ladle turret, the center of the processing of raw steel into a finished rolled product. This is a typical application for modern continuous casting technology.  Intermittent operation with +/- 180° swivel angle.  Medium:  Pressure: Mineral oil  3,625 psi Grease  3,625 psi   Compressed Air  290 psi  Argon  290 psi
	(14) Passage Rotary Distributor with double-sealed ring channels and control connections to control the seals. Two ball bearings provide for stable and maintenance-free bearing of the stator in the rotor. Applications of High Speed / High Pressure Rotary Unions
