IC-Fluid Power Adds Three New Pressure Intensifiers

By Icfluid

IC-Fluid Power is proud to announce the addition of three new pressure intensifier products; MP-2000-XP, MP-CT and MP-S. Hydraulic Pressure Intensifiers provide more pressure, more power and more performance exactly when and where you need it.

The MP-2000-XP Pressure Intensifier is made for installation in smaller power packs, where a higher end pressure is required. Available ratios of 7:1, 10:1 and 13:1 allow end pressures up to 37,700 psi (2,600 bar) and flow rate from 0.5 to 3.4 GPM (2 to 13 LPM) to be generated. Additionally, the MP-2000-XP adds a tank port, which allows for optimum circulation and cooling of the oil.

The MP-CT Pressure Intensifier is made for installation in hydraulic stacking systems, where a higher-end pressure is required for a specific job. The MP-CT will increase the pressure exactly where required and supply the higher pressure through a separate female port G1/4″. End pressures in the range 1,450 to 11,600 psi (100 to 800 bar) can be achieved. The MP-CT is designed for inlet flows from 0.5 to 3.9 GPM (2 to 15 LPM) dependent on the ratio chosen.

The MP-S Pressure Intensifier is designed for compact applications where the space available is limited. The MP-S series is designed for inlet flows from 0.5 to 2.1 GPM (2 to 8 LPM) and is available with multiple ratios ranging from 2.0 to 9.0 and will increase a supplied pressure 145 to 2,900 psi (10 to 200 bar) to a required end pressure 1,000 to 11,600 psi (70 to 800 bar).
