Hydraulic Pressure Intensifiers – MP-I Series

The MP-I Series is a hydraulic pressure intensifier designed as a screw-in component for hydraulic manifolds.

Key Features of the MP-I:

  • Reciprocating type for continuous flow as pressure builds
  • No tubing required
  • Generates higher pressure only in defined areas of the manifold
  • Other manifold components do not need to be pressure rated above pump pressure

Technical Data:

  • Inlet Flow: 4 gpm (15 lpm)
  • Supply pressure: 2,900 psi (200 bar)
  • End pressure rating: 7,250 psi (500 bar). The end pressure is dependent on the ratio and is always proportional with the supplied pressure.
  • Multiple intensification ratios
  • All high-pressure valves are integrated
  • Weight: 1.54 lbs (0.7 kg)
